A nine-stage build. Every single time.
Every Shoreline 911 is built to order, designed around how you plan to use it. You choose. We build. Here's exactly what happens between your first conversation and taking delivery.
Design Consultation
Every Shoreline build starts with a conversation. You tell us how you want to use the car, how you want it to look, and what you want out of it. Weekend driver, daily driver, long-distance tourer. This is where we walk you through our model lineup — GTR Modern, GTR Classic, GTR Evo, or Targa — and help you find the starting point that fits how you actually live.
Order Confirmation
Once the model and base spec are locked in, we send across a contract covering your build slot, core specification, and timeline. From the day you sign, the clock starts on your build. You get weekly photo updates and a dedicated customer portal to approve materials and track each stage as the car takes shape.
Custom Samples
Before we order any custom components, we send you a physical sample pack. Paint cards, leather swatches, stitching colours, dashboard finishes, carpet options. You hold the material in your own light. This is where the interior stops being a spec sheet and starts being a car.
Donor Car & Chassis
Every Shoreline build starts with a genuine donor — a hand-picked 911 sourced for the right generation, the right wheelbase, and the right starting condition. The car is stripped to bare metal. Chassis inspected, strengthened, and treated for corrosion. What you start with dictates what you finish with.
Confirm Build Spec
At this stage the car is stripped, the chassis prepped, and the body ready. Before we order the final custom parts, we walk you through the specification one more time — wheels, exhaust finish, trim options, badgework. This is the last window to change your mind on the finishing details. After this, the parts are on their way.
Bodywork & Paint
The backdate transformation begins. Period-correct wide arches, ducktail, front bumper, and bespoke details shaped and fitted by hand. Full rust treatment and seam sealing before paint prep. Colour applied to a show-quality standard — classic Porsche shades, bespoke mixes, or a tone pulled from your world. Every panel colour-sanded and polished before reassembly.
Mechanical Build & Engine
Engine and transmission are fully rebuilt or upgraded depending on spec. Suspension tuned for the road — not a track car, not a luxury cruiser. Axles, brakes, and the entire wiring loom are rebuilt or replaced. The drivetrain runs in parallel with the body, so both arrive at final assembly at the same point.
Interior Refit
The interior is built, not assembled. Hand-stitched leather on the seats and dashboard. Modern gauges, climate control, premium audio, and Apple CarPlay if you want it. Every stitch, every panel, every switch built around how you said you wanted to use the car. That's what turns a restored 911 into a Shoreline 911.
Final Fit, Testing & Delivery
Final detailing, badging, and finishing work. Then a full road test — every electrical system, every mechanical system, every creak and rattle checked and signed off. Nothing leaves the workshop unproven. Delivery in person where possible, with a full handover, build history, photographs, a one-year Shoreline warranty, and the keys.
